Sifu Chris Serras is a 4th level master trained under William Cheung.
His academy prides itself on heritage, tradition and honor. We
specialize in the following: Iron Palm training, Cardio conditioning,
Qi-Gong, Meditation, Stress Management, Traditional Weapons
